If your product is damaged within 1 year after you receive It, we will automatically give you 25% off your next purchase. All you have to do is send us a picture of your damage, your original order number, and we will send you a code.

POLICY;

  1. Have to be ORIGINAL buyer with original order #.

  2. Have to send a pic/video of the damage (no exception).

  3. 1 damage claim per purchase. 

  4. Valid for 1 year (starts at day of delivery). 

  5. Not valid if you purchased from a third party. 

  6. The 25% off is based on price at the time of purchase (excluding clearance items).

  7. Shipping NOT included.

  8. Has to be the exact item. 

  9. Does not include clearance items.
